MOMMY TIME – OPTIMAL REFUELLING ON IBIZA WITH FRIENDS

MOMMY TIME: OPTIMAL REFUELLING ON IBIZA WITH FRIENDS

A schedule of feeding and sleeping, but ‘just’ jumping in the car to that beautiful bay, chatting undisturbed with your girlfriends, dining in the countryside, finally getting your favorite silk dress out of the closet and dancing at sunset. You decide your day on your well-deserved trip to Ibiza. With these ultimate tips you can optimally refuel!

The best beaches of Ibiza

On these beaches you will feel like you are in an oasis of peace and beauty, exactly what you need!

Salt Cove

Quiet and beautifully situated between the rocks and fragrant pine trees. Come early for a parking spot or be prepared for a long walk. The beach has two parts: the left part with sunbeds, snack bar and restaurant and the other side where the Spanish stay with their own towel and parasol.

Low Cove

White beach beds, nice beach club with good restaurant and the dj provides the perfect Ibiza vibe. The natural environment of the beach consists of rocks and fine-grained sand and is overwhelmingly beautiful.

Cala d’Hort

Beautiful and quiet beach with a view of the Es Vedra rock. In one of the two restaurants you can eat the most delicious paella. You can rent small boats to explore the adjacent bays that are not (easily) accessible by foot or car. Parking is a challenge as it is a steep hill and there is little space.

Cala Comte/Conta

Is this Spain or the Caribbean? Really beautiful clear blue water surrounded by rocks and white sand. You can swim to the small islands off the coast. Restaurant Sunset Ashram is located on a cliff which provides a nice view with good Ibiza tunes in the background.

Mastella Cove

This small family beach is located in the north-east. I have no experience with the beach, but I did have lunch in the authentic restaurant El Bigote. A real experience! You eat between Spanish families and only one fish dish is served. Make sure you make a reservation for the 12-hour or 14-hour shift. You can only call between 11:00-13:00 on +34 650 797 633.

Have a bite to eat

At Aubergine you eat dishes with products from their own garden. In the middle of the countryside, surrounded by a lush (vegetable) garden. Wonderfully relaxing. Combine a visit to Aubergine for example with a trip to the beautiful beaches in the north such as Benirras or Xarraca.

If you fancy tapas, go to the cute tapas bar Destino in the village of Sant Josep de sa Talaia (San Jose). There is a second location in Santa Gertrudis. Just as tasty but less atmospheric.

During your visit to Eivissa (Ibiza town) choose to have dinner in the beautiful garden of La Brasa .

Not been there myself, but heard good stories about La Paloma and Cicale .
